A small local company, built on doing it right.

Necobia Construction LLC was started in Omaha in 2009 by owner Steve Jeffers. Steve brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, and he has been in business in the Omaha area since 2009.

Veteran-owned · Licensed and bonded

What started as Steve doing the work himself has grown into a small local crew serving homeowners across Omaha and surrounding areas. We’re locally owned and operated, and we plan to stay that way: when you call Necobia, you talk to the people doing the work — no call center, no handoffs.

Our specialty is residential remodeling — kitchens and bathrooms, decks and patio covers, sunrooms, concrete, and the grading and drainage work that keeps water away from your house. We take extra time on prep and finish work, we tell you straight what a job needs (and what it doesn’t), and we clean up at the end of every day.

Meet the Team

We’re a small crew on purpose — these are the people you’ll actually talk to and see on your job.

Experience Behind the Work

Residential remodeling is our focus today, but the experience behind it runs wider. Over the years, Steve’s project work has included commercial and institutional jobs for names around the metro — Kiewit, ADC, Horseshoe Casino, The Old Orchard, Street of Dreams, and the Florence Library — alongside thousands of projects for homeowners in the metro area.

That background shows up in how we run a job: practical, cost-effective solutions, honest scope, and a high standard for quality, whether the project is a full kitchen or a single bathroom.
