No Overlays. No Cover-Ups.
Some companies will put a shiny new surface over a problem and call it a remodel. We won’t. Necobia does not do shower or tub overlays, and we do not do cover-ups that result in hidden damage.
If there’s rot, water damage, or a failed repair underneath, we tear it out, fix it properly, and build back from solid material. It’s the only way a renovation actually lasts — and it’s how we’d want it done in our own homes.
